By reset I mean, put a big halt to the downhill slope I've been slipping down for the past three months and pull myself back up.
So today - I'm hitting those three magic buttons, that you use when your computer just isn't doing what it's supposed to be doing!
I'm resetting myself - both my thoughts and my behaviour.
Thoughts = behaviours = habits = me!
So I'm going to be putting in Positive Thoughts which will result in Positive Behaviour and then Positive Habits will form a Positive me!!!
Watch out world! Here I come!
