106.4kg!! 1.4kg in one week!!!


(Okay so this is written in retrospect, because I've been a bit busy!!!)

Last Monday I jumped on the scales, not really expecting much!  Even though I had been tracking my eating every single day and had become somewhat more conscious of what I was putting in my mouth, the WW online tool was letting me know loud and clear that I was still overeating!

So I got on the scales, expecting at worst a gain, or at best that I hadn't put anything on.  But low and behold I had actually lost 1.4kg!!!

Whoop whoop!!!!  Totally stoked!

This definitely gave me the boost I so desperately needed!!!
