I have not been eating well of late so I've made a conscious decision to start eating breakfast.
This is my breakfast this morning.
- A banana (half on my cereal)
- 1 slice of Wholegrain bread with olivite spread and marmite
- Muesli (can't remember the brand) with almond & coconut milk
- 1 heaped teaspoon of LSA
- 1 Deva vegan multi vitamin with greens
- 1 coffee with 2 tsp raw sugar + a dash of almond and coconut milk
